Gamjatang/ pork bones stew


We cooked Gamjatang today ^^ even though it didn’t taste exactly like the ones we had in Korea, it was close enough and definitely yummy. Helps that the sudden rain makes it much more cooling to eat this. I adapted the recipe from the popular maangchi (here).

Which reminds me of last weekend, where I ate all these to satisfy my K-cravings: chocolate rice cake for breakfast, Korean side dishes for lunch, fish cake ice cream, loads of chocolate we bought in Korea and Kimchi ramen for supper.
