Doljaban-muchin/ seasoned seaweed (followed the usual recipe but added much more garlic); dakjjim/ braised chicken with vegetables (skip the starch noodles this time round); my favourite Korean instant noodles; and thanks to KTO MICE Singapore whom gifted my mum Paul’s Journey with Korean food.
